Need help on how to start learning Assembler

Hi

I would like ot learn Assembler.
I studied some of the coures in Online which is available in my Orgnaisation.
But the thing is i dont have any basic knowledge on Machine level languages.
like even i dont know binary conversation.

Can you help me how to start this ?????
