Shops that have CICS TS 3.2 already

There are vendors (and probably some shops) that went through the upgrade to v3.2 already. Unfortunately I did not take this option into consideration when I created the poll.
So if you are one of those lucky ones, post a comment and let us know what to expect, how easy it was and any other thoughts, pitfalls etc. on the upgrade and usage of V3.2.
