You forgot to specify the base value..
Personally, I have been incrementing the base reference for may age every three years, so my age is always a number between 30 and 32. when the base exceeds the number Al on the today show will probably want to announce the day on TV. That will be 32base33 or 101.

You forgot to specify the base value..
I saw on the CICS-L there's even Roman numerals been used. But for this one it is all Decimal.
