Test Lead (Mainframe)

Duties:
This individual will be a Mainframe Testing Lead Analyst for the Phoenix project. This individual will be responsible for leadership of the development and execution of a test plan and test cases, and creation of test data, which will be used to perform system integration testing.
Will be responsible for the test team that will be created for this Project- the scale of this project is "large" so we need someone capable of handeling a large test project.
Skills
5+ years Sr. Testing experience of that needs to be 3 years actual Test Lead Experience.
3 years of CURRENT experience Leading Test Teams of at least 6-10 employees in creation of testing strategy, plan, test case development, system integration testing, test management and reporting.
5+ years experience testing batch and online applications on the MVS platform using TSO/ISPF and CICS
Understand Business Process Functionality
Experience creating and verifying test data stored on a mainframe relational database using tools such as SQL, FileAid, QMF, and Spufi
Mercury Test tool experience
Experience testing in a system integration or user acceptance testing environment
Experience working with a diverse team & Stakeholders
