WOR Configurations in a CICSPlex Environment

We are getting ready to implement CICSPlex SM in our shop and was wondering where I might find some guidance for what the TOR and WOR topology options are and why?

Not sure if this information is in a Redbook or manual somewhere. Any suggestions
