its software running under IBM’s CICS Transaction Server for z/OS, release 4.1 (CICS 4.1). Day One support
is part of H&W’s ongoing commitment to assure customers that its software will be ready to integrate
smoothly into their environment, no matter how soon they choose to upgrade. This support is available for
H&W’s SYSB-II, SYSD, CPMS, WebTek, SYSJ, SYSM, and Wizard Mail software.
