What does the translator option FLAG specify?
1.That all messages are to be listed.
2.That all messages, except informational messages, are listed.
3.That only severe and un recoverable error message are listed.
4.That the minimum severity level of errors is to be listed.
5.That all warnings and informational messages are listed.
