A connection has been established between two CICS regions using a VTAM advanced program-to-program communications (APPC / LU62) connection. The connection can only be made if initiated from one side. If the other side restarts the CICS region, AUTOCONNECT does not work, even though AUTOCONNECT is coded on both sides.
