You receive message DFHWB1009 CICS Web environment initialization failed. Reason Code: X'0A'. This occurs after removing group DFHWEB from the GRPLIST to remove unneeded capability such as the Web. You do not want to initiate Web support for this CICS region to save processing time and storage.
