MANDATORY Requirements
1. Eight (8) years IBM Mainframe COBOL Development experience
2. Eight (8) years DB2 Development experience
3. Eight (8) years large CICS System Development experience
4. Eight (8) years Data Analysis and Conversion experience
5. Eight (8) years SQL Development experience

DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:
1. Eight (8) years VSAM experience
2. Eight (8) years JCL experience
3. Three (3) years XML experience
4. Four (4) years mainframe source level debugger (e.g. ASG Smart Test) experience
5. Four (4) years Endevor Mainframe migration experience
6. Two (2) years PL/1 experience
7. One (1) year SAS experience
8. One (1) year Crystal Reports experience
9. Six (6) months mainframe MQ experience
10. One (1) year Visual Basic experience
