its software running under IBM’s CICS Transaction Server for z/OS, release 4.1 (CICS 4.1). Day One support
is part of H&W’s ongoing commitment to assure customers that its software will be ready to integrate
smoothly into their environment, no matter how soon they choose to upgrade. This support is available for
H&W’s SYSB-II, SYSD, CPMS, WebTek, SYSJ, SYSM, and Wizard Mail software.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is currently performing MARKET RESEARCH to determine the availability of an International Business Machines (IBM) Mainframe Z/OS compatible software product to identify Customer Information Control System (CICS) application resources and their interdependencies for the purpose of supporting continuous availability within the CICS environment.

The software product must possess the following characteristics:

• Ability to run under z/OS 1.10 or later.
• Ability to run with CICS Transaction Server for z/OS Version 3.2 or later.
